  • Sleep (top of the priority list) was not hit every time really¬†so that’s also how everything else went

  • Was hard on myself in the middle of the week (Wednesday / Thursday) about TV watching
    • I’m tired on Thursdays
    • This morning I watched TV and once I felt done I did work
      • I reduced my feelings of guilt and it feels way nicer
  • I did a lot of cleaning last week
    • It was pretty good, trying to be nicer to myself about that as well
  • I am still late to things but I’m giving people more accurate estimates / updates and that is helping them, and me with guilt
    • Also not being around people that make me feel as guilty for being late

Priorities

  • Yoga
    • Yoga in the mornings is great
      • Though I am not making my lunch
      • Hard to fit everything in (see Fiddle too)
  • Sleep
    • I vary when I wake up during the week
      • It matches my sleep schedule but isn’t very habit forming :/
  • Fiddle
    • Did practice once which is better than previous weeks
    • Hard to fit everything in
    • Consider bringing it to work once rain stops

Productive

  • 2/7 perfect days
    • It is only Thursday
  • I changed Bed by 10:30 to Bed by 10
    • Sunday – Wednesday because Friendsday on Thursday is always difficult
  • Weekends are Bed by Midnight now
    • Or else I get really grumpy
  • Cardio changed to Exercise because I’ve been doing more yoga
  • One a Day going well, should practice my fiddle more

  • Removed Stretching from Things to Pick Up? list
    • Because it’s included in yoga
    • Kind of the goal anyways, to do it and then integrate it into my life

    • Getting up at 7 am is great
    • Not going to bed early enough is making me tired
      • Lots of phone looking at night
      • Can I reasonably cut that down? I’m unsure

    • Assigned things and felt good about the spread
    • Not beating myself up as much if I have to move something to a diferent day

  • Sunday – Monday was good for sleep and getting things done
  • Thursday late bedtime thoughhhh
  • Cardio¬†and Fiddle Practice could use some help (again)
    • Lol
    • Also Resist. I was tired on Tuesday from doing other work
  • One a Day,¬†Bed by¬†10:30, Weekly Rotation, Weekender going well
    • I’ve been “lenient” on weekly rotation and weekender because stressing about them is not helpful
    • For next week I think my weekly rotation is just going to be yoga again
    • But my arabic lesson was great!!!!!!
    • I have so many things I want to do!!!!!
  • Weekly appt on Thursday is great

  • This week was mellow
  • My new priorities thing is cool
  • I got the reading done I needed to before the meeting but that + sleep took most of my free energy

Cleaning

  • I didn’t prioritize cleaning this week
  • I moved sweeping to once every two weeks which will help I think

  • Yoga next Tuesday

  • Weekly appointments are going great!!!!
  • My meeting yesterday was super great as well and I am excited

It’s Friday!!!!!! And St. Patrick’s Day.

Productive

  • 3/7 perfect days
  • This week didn’t have any really bad slumps
    • Thursday night 11 pm bedtime wasn’t the most fun though
  • Cardio¬†and Fiddle Practice could use some help (again)
  • One a Day,¬†Bed by¬†10:30, Resist, Weekly Rotation, Weekender going well
    • Especially Weekly Rotation!!
  • Moved my weekly appointment to Thursday which helps early bedtime and early wake up
    • Because I can adjust from the weekend during the beginning of the week

Schedule

  • Did a lot of cleaning last Sunday which was nice
  • Updated my whiteboard at home and am writing bigger, 1 thing per day which helps
    • Designated Sundays to me so I have time to get things done I want to
  • Things are going generally well, I should devote more time to my One a Days but they’re not totally being ignored.

Cleaning

  • Sweeping on Sunday was nice. Very homey feel.
  • Things are more spread out now which I like. Not all on one day

Exercising

  • Yoga tomorrow?
  • Running next week??

Something I’m proud of

  • Weekly Rotation is exciting and fun and I’m happy I’m doing it
  • I went to yoga this week and maybe am going tomorrow
  • I have an Arabic lesson next week!!!!!
  • Overall during the past two weeks I have been way less anxious than before
    • Getting enough sleep is key
      • I need like 9 hours
    • And giving myself enough time to accomplish things
      • And realizing I do have enough time to accomplish things

Schedule

  • Went well, I contacted a professor which I’m excited about
  • No entry for 3/6 but I had Doctor Day this past weekend and that counts for a lot
  • Started dividing up by Work & @ Home. It helps me feel less anxious about things to do
  • Also started scheduling stuff in my work calendar, then it feels like I have enough time to get everything done (because I do)

Cleaning

  • Going to try my only weekly thing (sweeping) on the weekend and see if that feels better
  • Cleaned the faces of my electronics. So nice.

Exercising

  • But yoga next week! (see below)

  • I did a bunch of Weekly Rotation research!!!! Yoga next week. I’m excited.
  • I went to bed really early this week yayyyyy it helped so much I feel so much better

  • I’m still getting up on the cleaning thing but some have gone back to their weekly / whatever rotation at this point

Exercising

  • I ran a mile and a half last week yay
    • It should stop raining so much so I can do it again
